Instructions for use

1. Hold a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth

2. By swishing the oil in the mouth for 15-20 minutes, the oil can pass through the gaps between teeth and gums. This process helps absorb and "pull out" bacteria and toxins from the oral cavity.

3. Spit out the oil, do not swallow, and for best results, use it every morning before brushing your teeth.
